Company Detail |
|
Caitlin Corbett Dance Company consists of a core of dancers many of whom have been working together for over a decade. The company performs a repertoire of contemporary dance work dating from 1984 to the present. Much of this work, while structurally and physically rigorous, is infused with gesture and everyday movement. Oftentimes the company expands to include nondancers—men women and children of every age drawn from the local community—who perform with each other as well as company members. The company has performed in the Boston area for over 25 years and as recently as last year performed in Helsinki, Finland. |
